1. The personal data processing policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) regulates the legal relationship for the processing of personal data between Individual Entrepreneur Nikita Uzunov, NIP 9522236752, REGON 524232963, Legal address: Poland, Warszawa, ul. Marcina Kasprzaka 31b, 01-234 (hereinafter referred to as the Company) and the User (a capable individual who has reached the age of 18 and who wants to order services, receive advertising and information mailings by e-mail).
Personal data refers to any information relating to a directly or indirectly identified or identifiable natural person (citizen). The processing of personal data is understood as any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) with personal data performed using automation tools or without the use of such tools. Such actions (operations) include: collection, receipt, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

The user agrees to this Policy by entering his phone number or email address in a special field on the Company's website (https://aspragency.com) with an offer to send an application or subscribe to the newsletter, and then click the "Submit application" button, "Find out the cost of promotion", "Calculate", "Subscribe". By performing these actions, the User sends his e-mail address to the Company for the purpose of further communication and implementation of advertising and information mailings by e-mail.
3. When sending an application for services and subscribing to advertising and information mailing lists, the User provides the Company with the following information: Name, email address, contact phone number.
4. By providing his personal data, the User agrees to their processing by Individual Entrepreneur Nikita Uzunov, NIP 9522236752, REGON 524232963, Legal address: Poland, Warszawa, ul. 5. If the User wishes to clarify personal data in the event that personal data is incomplete, inaccurate or out of date, or wishes to withdraw his consent to the processing of personal data, the User must send an official request to the Company in the following order: a letter with the subject "Clarify personal data" or "Stop processing personal data" to the email address legal@aspragency.com. The letter must include the email address and the corresponding request.
When withdrawing consent to the processing of personal data, the User also refuses to receive advertising and information mailings.
6. The Company uses the data provided by the User for the following purposes:
* further communication at the request of the User;
* sending messages of an advertising and informational nature;
* to carry out activities to promote goods and services;
* analytics of advertising placement efficiency;
* informing the User about promotions, discounts and special offers of the Company through e-mail newsletters.
7. The Company undertakes not to transfer the information received from the User to third parties. It is not considered a violation that the Company provides information to advertisers and third parties acting on the basis of an agreement with the Company in order to fulfill obligations to the User and only within the framework of agreements. It is not considered a violation of this paragraph that the Company transfers data about the User to third parties in an anonymized form for the purpose of assessing and analyzing the operation of the Company's system and providing personal recommendations.
8. It is not considered a violation of obligations to transfer information in accordance with the reasonable and applicable requirements of the legislation of Poland.
9. The Company has the right to use "cookies" technology. Cookies do not contain confidential information and are not transferred to third parties.
10. The Company receives information about the User's ip-address and information about the link from which Internet site he came from. This information is not used to identify the visitor.
11. When processing personal data, the Company takes the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access to them, as well as from other illegal actions in relation to personal data.
Any changes come into effect from the moment the new version of the Privacy Policy is published on the website.
